Data integration to load data from ERP connection fails at extract stage.

Summary:

We are trying to execute an integration in data exchange to load actuals data from ERP data source connection, but the integration gets stuck at the extract stage and fails after time-out. Essbase cube is enabled on the ERP side. Connection, application update and member refresh processes are succesful on the EPM side.
The error log file show that it is unable to find a particular account which is our PnL account parent hierarchy. How can this be fixed on the ERP side and a particular account hierarchy XYZ is not visible on EPM side, but it is present on ERP side plus 80000 is visible as well on ERP screen. So why would querying Account 80000 fail?
