VB Studio: Need to Remove Blue Banner From HSA Calculator In Benefits

Hello,

We have turned on the new HSA Calculator in Benefits self-service after receiving the 25D patch. We noticed that there was a blue banner at the top of the page that seems to come out of the box with the patch. Can this be removed in VB studio? We are having issues with pages loading in the preview pane, so VBS is not working properly for us to tell.
