New Weekly OAS Reporting Office Hours for Oracle Student Financial Aid Schools

Dear Oracle Student Financial Aid Community,

We are excited to announce the launch of a new OAS Reporting Office Hours series, starting Tuesday, November 18. These sessions will be held every Tuesday at 12:00 PM ET / 9:00 AM PT (for one hour) and are designed for schools using Oracle Student Financial Aid and Oracle Analytics Server (OAS).

What to Expect:

  • Live support and Q&A: Bring your OAS reporting questions and setup challenges for feedback and guidance.
  • Expert access: Connect directly with our reporting specialists, who will be available to discuss your issues and share best practices.
  • Collaborative troubleshooting: We will aim to address and resolve as many questions and issues as possible during office hours, though some may require additional follow-up outside the session.
