"Migrated Lease" checked, create accounting issue

Summary:

When "Migrated Lease" checkbox is selected, Right of Use Basis = Net and with Finance Net Right of Use inputted, lease status is Active and version status is Finalized, create accounting does not trigger lease booking accounting entries,

while for those "Migrated Lease" checkbox is not selected, lease booking can trigger correctly, is there any missing or this is expected behavior for 25C?
