Use case for appointments from ODA

Hello team,

I've setup dock scheduling for a particular location and wanted to review if there are any use cases of ODA (Oracle Digital Assistant) for appointments.

As of now, our team discussed we can have:

  1. See Todays appointments (or Get "sysdate +/- number of days" appointments)
  2. Search appointments by ID/remarks

I wanted to query if you have any other idea/set up/use case that is being known or implemented? I tried to search in docs, but didn't have anything other than workbench or OTM Mobile App.

Goal is to give this to Dock Managers for that site, so that from Teams chatbot they can quickly skim through the dock schedules.
