Unable to Activate One of the OPA application

Summary:

Dear Team,

we have One application where it has 4 level of approvals and inside that we are using around 13 integrations. and we have done the migration from Gen2 to Gen3 recently and it was a prod application . So once the respective changes were done in Gen3 while i am activating the OPA application it throwing an error like below with some ID and we were able to activate other applications.
