Reviewer 2 details on the index page - Report Binder

Summary:

On the Index page of the Report Binder, we currently display details for the 'Preparer' and 'Reviewer'.

However, in some reconciliations, there is a second reviewer (Reviewer 2) and their details are not appearing on the Index page.

Is there a way to include Reviewer 2 on the Index page, or does the standard Report Binder format only support displaying the Preparer and a single Reviewer?
