Configuration workbook for Italy and Poland Localization Report

We are trying to setup the localization reports for Italy and Poland but facing issues like LE not showing up in the Reporting Entity parameter or unable to define new Document sequence category name. Is there any Configuration Workbook (besides the Topical Essay documents) that I can refer for these reports:

  •  Payable Sales VAT Register for Self Invoices, Inter-EU Invoices, and VAT for Italy
  • Purchase VAT Register for Italy
  • VAT Declaration and Registers for Poland
