Single address multiple shipping methods

In Oracle commerce cloud Storefront implementation, I have a requirement where products need to be categorized based on their weight. Depending on a defined weight threshold, the products should be shipped using different carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, etc.). How can this functionality be implemented? Currently, I only see options for assigning multiple shipping methods to different addresses, but not for handling multiple carriers for a single shipping address.
