How to Use User Variables as Parameters in an ODR Rule

Summary:

Hi, is it possible to pass User Variables like entity to a ODR ?

In my Data form, I have Source Entity and Target Entity, I'd like to pass only the Target Entity User variable, when enabling "Use Members on Form"

Is it possible to pass direct on the rule as Override Value? or as part of the "IF" statement, like "IF Entity = User Variable entity" then perform the calc, so I can limit.

Also when using multiple members on a form, the entity variable should be "Members" correct ? when using only one "Member" ??

Thanks!
