Is there a way to block approval of a task in FCCS when a question is not answered correctly?

When tasks are assigned, there are questions which require a yes/no answer. All questions should be answered yes; however, sometimes they are incorrectly selected as no. Is there a way to create a rule to not allow the task to be submitted or approved if it is not answered with a yes?
