Can I use "Generate Receipt Advice" to Brazil?

Hello people,

I am designing a integration from Oracle Inventory to 3rd party.

I need to send a Receipt Advice to 3rd Party, but in Brazil we use FDC. Can I follow this document(https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/supply-chain-and-manufacturing/25d/fasrp/use_case_integrate_receipt_advice_receipt_confirmation_processes_external_systems_integration.html) to this case?

I don't have certain if what it's in this document can be applied with FDC turn on.
