Is it necessary to enable “Use Generative AI Features in Sales” to use “Extract Key Terms”?

Hello Oracle Community,
I’m working with the “Extract Key Terms from contract documents using Generative AI” feature in Oracle Cloud. According to the documentation, this option is enabled through the opt-in process in the Enterprise Contracts offering. However, I have a question:

Is it also mandatory to enable “Use Generative AI Features in Sales” (and its associated privilege) for this functionality to work properly, or is that only required for key term classification in Sales?

Any guidance or experience you can share would be greatly appreciate.
