How do I deactivate the user accounts of terminated employees?

Good morning, team.

Could you help me with the following question?

When terminations are applied to an employee, the employee's user account is not deactivated and remains active. Oracle's documentation states that the Role Mappings> HR Assignment Status> Active page should be used to create rules depending on the role and then run the Autoprovision Roles for All Users process. The client does not currently use the Role Mappings page, and the documentation states that this process should be run in the following cases:
• Initial role assignment for existing users after creating role mappings
• When new role-mapping rules are added or existing rules changed
