25D Team Time Cards Error - Not Showing Any Time Cards

Summary:

After the 25D Quarter Update was applied to two of our lower environments, we do not see any employee time cards listed in Team Time Cards. In the image below, we can see that there should be 10,308 time cards displayed with the Previous Month filter selected because each status has a number indicating how many time cards exist with this criteria.

We opened an SR with Oracle and they suggested we run a few ESS jobs in a specific order, and that did not fix the issue.

We did further testing and found that the order filter is not being defaulted.
