Report scheduling in ARCS using Pipeline or FCCS or OCI

Summary:

I see that we have pipeline feature in ARCS where we can stage a job, but i don't a job scheduler using which reports can be scheduled to respective users/user groups like in FCCS.

Whether it is recommended to use pipeline to schedule ARCS reports using FCCS or PBCS platform or OIC ? We cannot use EPM automate because of host server limitations.
