ARCS- Entered currency data Load
Summary:
We are loading entered currency amounts from OEBS GL using an SQL query. For example, Account A1234(bank account) has a functional currency of EUR, and users are expected to enter data in EUR. However, some users mistakenly enter amounts in other currencies such as INR or GBP for the same account in GL. The business requirement is to load all these entered currency amounts for that account into ARCS.
We have a profile created as EntityX-A1234-0, where the functional currency is EUR . When we load all entered currency data into ARCS, the profile/reconciliation currently shows separate balances for each currency coming from GL, like:
