When START_DATE and COMPLETION_DATE field in PJF_PROJ_ELEMENTS_B was updated?

Hi,all.

I am currently investigating when and under what conditions the START_DATE and COMPLETION_DATE fields in the PJF_PROJ_ELEMENTS_B table are updated.

<Overview>

• One day, I noticed that the validation for the [Expenditure Item Date] field was not working during AP invoice import.
• According to the response from SR, when importing invoices in AP, the system performs the following checks for the [Expenditure Item Date].
  • 
    Check whether the [Expenditure Item Date] on the invoice falls between the START_DATE and COMPLETE_DATE in the PJF_PROJ_ELEMENTS_B table. If it does not fall within this range, generate an error.
