Oracle Rest API /itemSuppliesAndDemands is returning empty result set

Summary:

We are trying to access REST API /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/itemSuppliesAndDemands and is not returning any results.
I have tried the same user and giving results in the UI which means all roles are available and same user I am using in the postman but its not returning any results.
The user already has Inventory Manager role with proper data access.

Supply Chain Execution -> Inventory -> Review Item Supply and Demand -> Given below parameters
Organization Code= KT910
Item Number= TSCC-20-3NM
And got results as attached in the screenshot

Below URL tried with parameters and without parameters.
