OTM Spot Bid Tender Access Error via Email Link

As per the standard process, tenders are sent to service providers via email. These emails contain an embedded URL that allows the recipients to directly access the tender details and respond accordingly. However, when service providers click on the link, they encounter the following error:

java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "glog.server.executionapi.servprov.tenderresp.TenderOfferStatus.getDescription()" because the return value of "glog.server.executionapi.servprov.tenderresp.QueryResultInfo.getTOS()" is null
