column final_shipment_forecast (what logic followed,trying custom BI report)

HI ,

client want to build custom bi Report( based on Final shipment forecast) scp demand management. we go thorugh default logic nvl(adjusted_forecast,shipment_forecast) * (1+counts). we got shipment forecast and adjusted forecast from dynamic table. how final shipment forecast get calculated not sure. please help me. i try to go dynamic table( with column final_shipment_forecast) . what value coming in back end(dynamic table) and front ed dash board not matching. please help how to build custom BI reports( Based on Final shipment forecast).
