Clarification on Required Permissions for Oracle Sales–Microsoft Teams Integration

Hi Team,

As part of our Microsoft Teams integration implementation for one of our customers, we have shared the following Oracle documents with the customer’s Azure team to configure the required setup on their end:

Microsoft Teams Collaboration with Oracle Sales
Microsoft Teams Integration for Web Conferencing

The customer’s Azure team reviewed these documents and raised concerns about providing read/write access to the Teams Group and Teams Directory as mentioned in the Microsoft Teams Collaboration with Oracle Sales document.

While we explained that this access is required to automatically create a Teams group based on the Opportunity Team in Oracle Sales, the customer has requested:
