How to update the source location on a transfer order

We have a requirement from business, once the TO is created the source location is being picked from 'Manage Inventory Organization'. But user want to alter the source location which is getting defaulted.

Is there a way to update the source location?

Note: Location update on the sub-inventory level can't be done for our business.
