Is the 'You have completed' notification editable?

Summary:

We recently started testing (25C) Real-Time Completion Based on SCORM Content Status. We've noticed a new notification that is occasionally shown when the content triggers are reached: "Confirmation. Congratulations! You have completed. [OK]". Clicking the OK button on the notification then automatically quits the content/player window.

We've not seen this notification before and can find no reference to it in the change documentation. We have a number of content items that have "1% viewed" completion triggers that initiate the notification and quit the learners out of the content. Whilst changing the completion triggers would be the fix, it is not possible for all of the legacy content that no longer has editable source files.
