Unable to receive transfer order

Summary:

Hi Team,

So we are testing Transfer order (Interorg) between two organizations within same BU. The shipment is successful but the receipt is not happening. The order is not visible and we checked in the spreadhseet as well. Its not stuck. The items are transfer order enabled, transferable in both organizations. Attaching the setups and issue screenshot here.
