Monthly revenue event based on contract hard limit amount

Hello, we are having a requirement to create repetitive events (for revenue recognition) that would be monthly equal events in the amount of 1/12 of Hard Limit amount. Is there a way to configure a contract/project this way to automatize the revenue recognition, so that the end-user does not need to create an event every month?
