Is there a Subject Area in OTBI that will show all user's "Preferred Knowledge Locale"?

Is there a Subject Area in OTBI that will show all user's "Preferred Knowledge Locale"? If so, what is the Subject Area? I've tried several "Knowledge" SA's, and a few "Worker"/"Assignment" SA's but could not locate "Preferred Knowledge Locale" anywhere. We recently built a solution to use REST API to update our users Knowledge Locales on-demand, without logging in as the user. Now, we need to find all users that have a value of "None" for "Preferred Knowledge Locale". We would like to update these users Preferred Knowledge Locales for them.
