HCM AI Agents for My Team not working

Summary: HCM AI Agents for Managers (My Team) are not working even though they have been assigned a security role that has the needed privileges. AI Agents that have been configured for regular employees like 'Benefits Policy Advisor', Compensation Advisor', etc. work just fine. I have also configured 'Compensation Advisor (My Team) and Employment Details Assistant (My Team)' and they do not work.

A security role for Line Managers was created and added to the security tab for these agents, but they return messages saying that the employees don't exist for the line manager. I can make it work for myself in Debug mode because I also have the Admin role assigned to the agent security.
