Is there limitation of OTM REST API call like rate limit or payload size limit?

Going to use OTM REST API orderrelease and shipment API to get multiple calls during Delivery Interface Actual Payload build. There might be more than 30 calls in a minute for multiple Actuals generations. Please let me know in case any constraint or any OTM REST API limitation example as Rate Limit - 30 requests per 60 seconds or payload size etc.
