Use Access as a Search Field in Negotiations

Hello,

We created a negotiation template which the user will select if it's private or public depending on the document to be released. However, we noticed the "Access" information is not available when you open a negotiation in view mode and also, we couldn't find the search field to add. The only option I'm seeing is to use OTBI which is not practical.

Am I missing something? Is this available with Redwoods?
