Unable to display remark value text in the manager layout

Adding a Remark Text(p) field is displaying only the remark qualifier value id and not text.

Hi All,

I am trying to add a remark field on Order Release manager layout as below.

My remark looks as below

On the UI , however I am able to see only Remark Qualifier Value id as below.

Is there a way to configure this to display the text instead?
