Is there any way Project Work Types can be loaded using EXL/CSV sheets?

Summary:

We want to load about 1000 worktypes into PJF. Currently the only option is to load via 'Manage Configuration Packages'. For that also, the data sheet that was downloaded via export services from FSM, is not user friendly enough to load the volume of data.
