Releasing PO from Agreements in bulk

I need to create releases from Agreements. Checked a few options but didn't work. I do not use Requisitions always.

I have selected the options "Autogenerate Order" from the agreement but nothing happened.

Is there an option to do so? Do I have to be using Planning module for that?
