Customizing the standard Negotiation Award Decision Notification doesn't work after upgrade

Summary:

I customized the standard Negotiation Award Decision Notification by:

  • Adding new columns to the data model and using them in the layout.
  • Adding new sections and conditions in the layout based on these new columns.

Everything was working perfectly before the last upgrade.

After the upgrade, new changes were requested, so I re-did the customization from scratch to ensure everything was reflected correctly. However, this time the notification displays a blank white page.

I’ve done several tests to confirm that the changes are applied correctly — and they are. The issue seems to be with one specific condition inside the RTF template:
