Absence Restriction Editing Rules not working

Summary:

I set the rule to lock the absence 4 days after completed , I tested qwith a couple of employees , once they completed their absence I went to check if thwy could edit their absence and it was not possible,

I tested it in 25C and the feature worked, am I missing something?
