How to stop employee from submitting same contextual Journey multiple times in a day

Is there a way to restrict employees from submitting same type of contextual Journey multiple times in a day ? We have one use case to submit compensatory off using contextual Journey . And we would like to restrict users from submitting the same Journey multiple times in a day .He/She should be able to submit only once in a day
