Need to add a dynamic link that redirects to a bi publisher report with parameter

Hello,

I have a business requirement for the “Performance Document” → "Manager Evaluation" page in the Performance module.

The goal is to add a dynamic link (in VBS) that redirects the user to a BI Publisher report. This link should be dynamic, as it must include the person ID of the employee whose performance document is being viewed, passed as a parameter in the URL.

Do you have any suggestions on how to achieve this?
