Min-Max Planning not raising requisition and stuck at "Not Started" status

Hi,

We are testing Min-Max Planning to raise requisition. But the status is stuck is "Not Started" status and there is no progress. Not sure what the issue since there is no error shown. All setups and process are in place.

  1. Min- Max enabled with source as supplier
  2. List price attribute has the value
  3. Item is added to Manage Item Sub inventories.
  4. Print Min-Max report ran and reorder quantity (Ran twice one with both Subinventory and Organization Planning Level )
  5. Process Supply chain interface program ran with Oracle Fusion Inventory Management

When checked in Supply Orchestration, it is stuck at Not started status. No errors and no exceptions. Is BPA Mandatory?
