Correct the cause of the read-only state and reopen the workbook to proceed. (ADFDI-07555)

Hello friends,

We have downloaded and installed the latest ADFDI executable, removed the read-only option, and granted folder privileges. However, whenever we open the Excel file, we receive the following message:

“Excel considers this workbook to be read-only. As a result, it cannot be used with Oracle ADF Desktop Integration. Correct the cause of the read-only state and reopen the workbook to proceed. (ADFDI-07555)”

I have checked Oracle notes and performed debugging but could not find any useful information.

Even we have uninstalled and installed the latest version but did not work.


I’m enclosing a screenshot of the error message along with the FBDI template. If anyone has encountered this issue, please share your suggestions.
