BUSINESS TITLE SHOULD NOT BE DEFAULTED FROM JOB

Hi ,

We have a requirement to not to default the business Title value from Job on Assignment Redwood page while hiring an employee . Currently ORA_PER_EMPL_DEFAULT_BUSINESS_TITLE_FROM profile is set as "Retain user changes". Please let me know if possible. If yes , please provide inputs/steps to achieve.
