Overview

With the arrival of Eloqua release 25D (November 2025) a new controlled availability feature will allow users to audit the source type and user who created or last modified a contact through the Redwood contact UI. When this feature is enabled, there will also be a change when retrieving contacts using Application API 2.0, and when using the Bulk API.

What’s changing?

When the controlled availability feature to return the created and modified by user and source is enabled for your environment, the following changes will be made to the Application API 2.0 and Bulk API definitions.
