Overview

With the arrival of Eloqua release 25D (November 2025) a new controlled availability feature will allow users to audit the source type and user who created or last modified a contact through the Redwood contact UI. When this feature is enabled, there will also be a change when retrieving contacts using Application API 2.0, and when using the Bulk API.

July 2026 Update: With the arrival of Eloqua release 26C (August 2026), the Created/Modified for contacts feature will become generally available for all clients, allowing users to audit the source type and user who created or last modified a contact through the Redwood contact UI. With the release there will also be a change when retrieving contacts using Application API 2.0, and when using the Bulk API.
