Global Forecasting Scenario: Net Forecasting shows no value.

Summary:

Global Net Forecasting calculated based on the Forecast Consumption. But, Net forecast not showing any value eventhough, I setup Assignment Set/Sourcing Rule to distribute the unconsumed forecast. Any thoughts will be appreciated.
