Quick action menu created for BIP is not visible after 25D

Summary:

I have created Quick Action Menu item for BIP report course completion certificate. after 25D, its not appearing , when I checked in Sandbox , it shows message "Menu items modified outside the Structure UI might have unsupported EL expressions"

And in the sandbox, I see the Quick Action Menu created under Structure but it shows the invalid EL expression.

Earlier in 25D, we select static URL and we used to give the Report URL, now something they have introduced Secure destination. When I open I could see fe more options , I am not getting how to provide the BIP report URL here ,
