Unable to have the Return Transfer Order Number via rest api

We have a requirement in our ongoing ALC project to send the Return Transfer Order number back to the third-party application through an integration process. Below are the details of the issue:

Problem Statement:We need to share the Expense-based Return Transfer Order number with the third-party application.

Background:
Currently, the third-party application triggers an Expense-based Return Transfer Order in Oracle Fusion against primary transfer orders due to spoilage, theft, or items not required at various outlets. Once the API is called, a new Return Transfer Order is generated in Oracle Fusion. As part of the extended integration process and for the users visibility, we need to send this new Return Transfer Order number back to the third-party application.However, we are unable to retrieve this information in a single payload since the Return Transfer Order is linked to the receiving return.
