Add Synchronous/Asynchronous filter to Observability dashboards

Description (Required):

OIC has distinctive service limits for synchronous and asynchronous integrations, but it is difficult to monitor number of integrations on each category as all the observability dashboards do not provide this level of detail.

It would be very useful to add a filter to query synchronous/asynchronous integrations

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

Needed to calculate message packs and monitor number of synchronous and asynchronous concurrent requests.
