Summary:
We have observed a limitation in the current process related to the cancellation of Negotiations within our Oracle system. Specifically:
- When a Negotiation is cancelled, there is no option available to input a Cancellation Remark.
- Additionally, the cancellation action does not currently trigger any approval workflow.
- We would also like the Cancellation Remark to be visible in the workflow history for audit and tracking purposes.
Could you please advise how we can achieve this functionality? If this requires configuration or a product enhancement, we would appreciate your guidance on the recommended approach.
