Getting the error when trying to upload the DOR in Journey responses.

Hi Experts,

We are getting the error when trying to upload the DOR in journey. "Contact your HR Error". We are able to upload the file when we are reducing the length of the file name. Is there a way to avoid this or are there any special characters in the file name that we need to take care?

• The Title field has a limit of 80 characters. If the file name is more than 30 characters, the first 30 characters are defaulted in the Title field. You can manually update the document title up to 80 characters.
