Supplier Responses Automatically Inherited When Creating New Manual Qualification Initiative

Hello,
I’ve observed that when creating a new Manual Supplier Qualification Initiative, the supplier’s responses from an earlier initiative are automatically being inherited and carried over into the new one.

Is there a way to create a new initiative that does not inherit or reuse the supplier’s previous responses, so that the supplier can provide fresh responses each time?
Any guidance on configuration settings or process changes to prevent response inheritance would be greatly appreciated.
