why are the monitoring and evaluation tabs empty in the AI Agent Studio?

The Monitoring and Evaluation Tabs are empty. I can create evaluations using the 'Manage Evaluations' but I am unable to understand why these pages are empty. Could someone who's enabled these help me identify the issue?
